5 ice cubes
1 ½ cups of water
1 scoop of ISOFLEX Orange Protein or try IsoKool Tropical Fruit protein

Preparation
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 45 seconds.

Preparation

2 tbsp. canned pumpkin (pure pumpkin, NOT pie filling)
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop ISOFLEX Vanilla protein powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Splenda
½ cup water

Preparation
1. Preheat medium frying pan over medium heat. Spray pan with no-calorie nonstick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
3. Pour ingredients in frying pan.
4. Cook until brown. Flip and continue cooking on the other side.
5. Remove from frying pan. Serve with sugar-free syrup.

Ingredients
4 scoops ISOFLEX Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup honey

Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend well.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Wrap in wax paper and place in freezer.
4. Makes about 16 balls.

Ingredients

½ package sugar-free and fat-free chocolate pudding powder
2 cups oats
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup cottage cheese
1 very ripe banana, mashed

Preparation
1. Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
2. Place in Tupperware container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients
1 cup egg whites
2 scoops of Orange ISOFLEX Protein Powder

Preparation
1. Mix egg whites and ISOFLEX protein powder until all powder is liquified.
2. Pour mixture into Popsicle trays.
3. Let freeze for about 2 or 3 hours.
4. Remove from freezer and consume immediately.

Ingredients

Sugar-free Cherry flavored JELL-O Powder
1 cup boiled water
1 cup ice

Preparation
1. Add packet of JELL-O to 1 cup of boiling water according to package directions.
2. Blend mixed JELL-O with ice in blender.
3. Add 4 scoops ISOFLEX protein powder and blend well.
4. Pour into smaller containers, and place in the fridge.
5. Let stand in fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
2 cups egg whites
1 whole egg
1-1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 mashed banana
3 scoops ISOFLEX protein powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 3500F.
2. Blend all ingredients in blender.
3. Line muffin tin with muffin cups. Pour batter into muffin tin.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Check with a toothpick before removing from the oven.
6. Let cool for 20 minutes before serving.
7. Makes 12 muffins.

Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 scoop ISOFLEX chocolate protein powder
Stevia, to taste
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats ground
1 cup dark chocolate chips, carob chips, walnuts, etc

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare muffin tins with cooking spray and/or paper muffin cups
2. Blend together cottage cheese, protein powder, stevia, applesauce, and egg whites.
3. Sift in a bowl baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt. Add to wet ingredients and incorporate well.
4. With a spoon, stir in oats and chocolate chips.
5. Spoon into muffin tin to make 12 muffins. Bake for 25 minutes. Let sit, then enjoy! Freeze extras for easy to grab snacks!
